Is there a minimum booking for an entertainer or face painter? Yes, for birthday parties, there is a 1 hour minimum, a 2-hour minimum may apply for extended areas. For corporate events, there is a 2-hour minimum.
How many children can the entertainer or face painter accommodate? Anywhere from 10-20 (traditional face paint) to 25-35 (airbrush face paint) to 45-50 (airbrush tattoos) per hour, depending on package. For larger parties please book additional time or an additional performer.
How far in advance should I book? As early as possible. Our face painters & entertainers book up well in advance. To ensure that we have an entertainer available, please book early. For last-minute bookings, we will make every effort to accommodate them if possible.
What kind of face paint do you use? We use top-of-the-line, non-toxic, high-quality, FDA-approved professional face paint applied with a brush and sponge. Our airbrush makeup is applied with an airbrush gun and compressed air and is FDA approved and non-toxic. The glitter that we use is cosmetic-grade glitter with rounded edges, made for face painting.
Do you require a deposit? Is it refundable? We require a deposit to hold your date and time ($50.00 for most events). If a cancellation occurs less than five business days before the event, the deposit for each entertainer or time segment cancelled is NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits can be made with a credit card.
How do I pay the balance? The balance is due on the day of the party by cash payment (credit payment available upon request)
What happens if my guests arrive late? The entertainer must begin and end at their scheduled time. Additional charges will be added for overtime or late starts if available.
Can you accommodate both boys and girls? Yes, absolutely! We offer amazing face painting designs for both boys and girls. All character and princess shows are tailored to capture the imagination of both boys and girls.
Should I tip the entertainer? Yes, tipping is encouraged and appreciated. (15% to 20%)
